literally opened the package and in the middle of using the thermometer it stop working save your money!!!!!! really disappointed
Lousy Design
Product was faulty from the start. I am rating 1 because I should have just returned it. I had to rig it to work so I could get my orders done. It was obvious from the beginning that the wiring or battery had issues. It would shut off and I would have to open the case to reconnect the glue and the wiring as well as reposition the battery in place to operate. This was a rinse and repeat process until it just completely died - super annoying.
I am super happy with all the many products that I purchase from CS and Customer Service is AMAZING!!!!
CS may want to consider some more reliable and more robust digital thermometers, especially those with a stainless steel temp needle attached to an auto-reader alarm that can be set to a desired temp.
Again, CS does an excellent job with products, customer service and will actually hear and act on customer issues.

Glitchy and broken the first day
Caused so much havoc, it would just not turn on whenever it decided and that was usually right as I needed the temperature to take it off of the stove. I am super disappointed and would love my money back. I did change the battery twice, before its mentioned.
