Fall Gift Ideas

Wherever you live, Autumn brings back fond memories of brand spankin' new school supplies, cooler days, and the vivid red and gold leaves enjoyed on a lazy afternoon walk. It's also the perfect time to make a beautiful candle basket using our wonderful Autumn candle fragrances and colors.

Candle Gift Baskets make ideal gifts for a new teacher, coach, or college student, and the combinations are endless. You can mix and match container candles, pillar candles, tins, and votives. Add some Autumn Orange, Maple or Hunter Green dye chips to your wax, and you're on your way to making a personalized gift basket that your friends, colleagues, or customers will love. And with our all-time favorite fragrance oils like Macintosh Apple, Cranberry Marmalade, or Hansel and Gretel's House, you'll create a seasonal basket that will be treasured for a long time.

To help you get started, here are some things you'll need:

  • A medium or large wicker or bamboo basket.
  • Fill the bottom of the basket with colorful shredded paper, tissue paper, or even seasonal material. You'll need to make sure that the candles don't weigh down the paper, so some foam at the bottom is a good idea.
  • Put your taller candles towards the back of the basket, the medium ones in the middle, and the smallest candles up front. You can wrap your basket in cellophane by cutting about 2 yards, placing the filled basket in the middle, pulling up the sides of the cellophane and tying it with a twist tie.
  • Add a seasonal bow attached with some wire and a gift card, and you've made an inexpensive personal gift appropriate for any season!

Take a peek at our website and begin planning your thoughtful and easy to assemble candle basket. Remember, we're always here to help with any questions you might have.
