We want our customers to be as happy as possible. So, we've added the ability to delete or change orders before they are packed and shipped.

If you notice something is missing or wrong on your confirmation email:

- Click on Support in the top nav bar
- Click the link under 'Edit Your Order'
- Enter your Order ID and the email address from the order you want to change.

There are times during the day when your order is packed and shipped minutes after it is received, so make sure you double check the confirmation email as soon as you get it!
