The CandleScience Rewards Program is a free loyalty and points program designed for candle makers, hobbyists, and small businesses. Members earn points on every purchase of candle-making supplies—including wax, fragrance oils, wicks, containers, and equipment—and can redeem those points for savings on future orders. The program helps makers reduce supply costs, gain access to exclusive benefits, and grow their candle-making business more affordably.

You earn CandleScience Rewards points automatically every time you place an order. Points are calculated based on your order subtotal, and you earn points on nearly all candle-supply purchases—including wax, fragrances, containers, and DIY kits. You can also earn bonus points on your birthday, anniversary, seasonal point promotions, and by advancing into higher reward tiers.

Rewards points are added to your CandleScience account once your order has shipped. After shipping, you’ll be able to view your updated point balance, tier status, and available rewards by logging into your CandleScience account.

Yes, you must log in or create an account to earn and redeem points.

Yes, CandleScience Rewards points expire 12 months from the date of your last purchase. As long as you place at least one order every 12 months, your points remain active. Your loyalty tier status is based on the points balance at the end of the year and remain for a full calendar year. 

Log in and visit the Rewards page to check your points total, available rewards, and your current tier.

Update your birthday month within your Account Settings section. You'll receive points at the start of your birthday month.

Yes—most purchases qualify for earning CandleScience Rewards points. You earn points on nearly all candle-making supplies, including wax, fragrance oils, candle containers, wicks, labels, equipment, tools, and kits. Clearance items purchased in our Durham Showroom are not eligible for reward points. 

You can redeem your CandleScience Rewards points from your account dashboard. Once you select a reward—such as $5, $10, $15, or $25 off—your discount code will appear and can be applied at checkout. Rewards may be used on eligible purchases of wax, fragrance oils, wicks, containers, tools, and other candle supplies.

CandleScience Rewards includes three tiers: Member, Artisan, Luminary. Your member status is based on the number of points you earn in a 12-month period. Each tier unlocks benefits, including early access to new product launches, member-only promotions, and exclusive events. Program benefits are designed to add value to members as they progress in their maker journey.

Your CandleScience Rewards tier is determined by how many points you earn within the calendar year. As long as you earn the required number of points during that timeframe, your tier status will remain active. If you do not make a purchase in a 12-month period and your point accumulation drops below the threshold, you may move to a lower tier, but your existing points and available rewards remain valid until they expire.
