This mold produces eight tall circle soap bars, with each cavity holding 3.4 ounces (weighted, or 96 g).

This mold is food-grade quality and freezer and oven safe, with a heating or cooling capacity from -20°F to 400°F (-28.9°C to 204.4°C). Finished soap dimensions of approximately 2 1/4” x 2 1/4” x 1 3/8” (5.7 cm x 5.7 cm x 3.5 cm).

We recommend allowing your soap to cool for 24 hours for easier removal from the mold. If the bar won't release, place the mold in your freezer for 30-40 minutes and try again. Great for storing in tight places, this durable silicone mold will keep its shape no matter what—so bend, fold, or roll to your heart’s content! Silicone also allows for easier unmolding of your finished soaps compared to plastic molds.

For best cleaning results, hand wash with warm, soapy water and leave to air dry. Wipe down with distilled water to remove any water spots.

Flimsy

I Love CandleScience, but I am disappointed in the flimsy construction of this mold. I was so exited to make my first batch of soap - but this mold left indentions on my soap, I will not be using again.

Flimsy construction

I was excited to receive this mold because I love the shape and size. However, my other CS silicone molds are much sturdier. The sides on this mold actually cave in and produce a distorted shape. I'm a hobbier, so the shape isn't a life-and-death matter, but if I were in business I'd have to sell these as 'seconds' or something. The mold is very clearly thinner than my others, which is disappointing because it's priced the same. I've loved everything I've purchased from CS - except for this.
