Has anyone received their lids without scuff marks or scratches recently? Or paint chipping problems and non-removable finger prints still occurring, and seal issues? Wondering if packaging of the lids has been resolved, and paint issues resolved before purchasing lids.

We love the silver and bronze lids in the 4 inch size the black ones are all scratched and the finish on top has a weird tarnish on it from the plastic that is meant to protect it. We can not use these.
These are gorgeous and give our candles such a simple elegant look but the scratch so easily. The ones I got for my smaller containers seem fine. Are the smaller flat lids and the 3 wick flat lids from the same manufacturer?
Not sure what the deal is, but the metal under these lids will start causing the paint to chip off/bubble up/corrode within minutes of being out in the air sometimes. Gotta be real gentle with these, they're pretty fussy. The suction cup strip around the edge to seal over the candle jar top isn't very well aligned, either, and often ends up making the seal look lumpy and weird if you look up at it from the bottom.
Thank you so much for alerting us to this issue! We sincerely apologize for any frustration. Our Support Team has reached out and we hope to find a solution for you quickly!
After using these black lids for a few months, they fit our jars perfectly. However, for as much as these cost, whatever they are coated with to give them the shine is super cheap. Simple fingerprints will not come off and trying everything from windex, alcohol, professional glass cleaner, and even water, you cannot get the smudges off and it ends up cloudy and cannot be used. Half the candles on our shelves look terrible. There aren't many other lids out there that fit the 3 wick jars so choices are limited but we will be looking for another product.
Wear gloves when you lid your candles!
I use a lot of black lids in my candle lines because I love black. These are so pretty and shiny! Simply, Perfection!
