Product Update: October 13, 2021

Due to supply chain challenges with White Straight Sided Tumbler Jars, we have changed suppliers to offer a nearly identical container. It is 3 mm shorter and the diameter 1 mm larger. They still fit our Metal Flat Lids. Please note that these containers are now imported. We currently anticipate this product will be available in Winter 2021.

Clean and sleek, our White Straight Sided Tumbler Jars have a glossy outer coating that diffuses candlelight for a softer glow.

We also carry the straight sided tumbler jar in additional colors and sizes.

Are these the same jars from last year?

Are these the same jars from last year? I purchased it last year but they looked as if they had been painted and scratched and could not use them. I am wondering if this is another version of the same jars?

White/ black jars

I’m so very discouraged these jars aren’t available, I could cry ugg. Your customer service has always been great and I know that if you could stock them you would. I have a very established candle business around these in black and white along with the white box but now I have to source new vessels, start over, go thru testing, produce new product photography and update my website. It’s so hard for small businesses to stay in business. I don’t know if I can’t absorb the cost of starting over. These previously said in stock end of July so I held out but now saying Sept, it’s impossible for me. It would have been helpful to have been notified sooner that this delay was coming up.

Wicking issue

The jars came in good condition However, Can someone tell me what size wick(s) I should be using with the Apricot-Coconut wax. I've tried one CD12 and it mushroomed...would I be better off using a wood wick???

candle maker

I love these jars! however I usually use CD 18 but I ran out.....wondering if I can double wick them with CD 12?? does anyone know what wick size I could double wick these with I have to fill an order asap! Help!
