Candle Maker's Note
Our Wick Guide provides a starting point for wicking containers; however, the shape of these jars can make wicking a little tricky. Here are a few additional tips:

For 464, we found that double wicking about 1” apart with CD 8, ECO 8, or LX 14 performed the best.
For CandleScience Coconut Apricot Wax, we found that double wicking with CD 3 or LX 10 resulted in the best burn performance.

These are so cute. I find that double wicking with zinc core 44 wicks was perfect with IGI 6006 wax regardless of fragrance load.
I just wish they weren’t sold out until next year. Hopefully next time CS will order more in anticipation; Otherwise, expect to lose customers to knockoff companies which will surely crank out their own versions in the future : /

I LOVE THESE JARS. Just wanted to let folks know that I am having fabulous performance with IGI 6006 wax, 8% FL, and double wicking with zinc core wicks. No problem at all with mushrooming or too much soot. First try!
Wish CS carried the zinc core wicks, they have consistently worked well for me and perform hand over fist better than the other types for soy and soy/paraffin blended waxes. They’re user friendly but just FYI zinc core wicks probably won’t burn hot enough for coco apricot waxes.
I just wanted to put that tip out there! Cool candlemakers don’t gatekeep 😎

I was so thrilled to be able to take advantage of grabbing these popular jars and next year I will definitely be ordering more if my customers love them as much as I do. I ordered 2 boxes of the clear ones, and 1 box of the black, both are stunning in their own way.

The suggestion to double wick them with CD8 wicks worked great with Golden 464 soy wax, thank you Candle Science!
