Damaged Product Return?
If your product is damaged or defective, we happily refund 100% of the purchase price and pay the return shipping for products ordered within the past 60 days.
Unwanted Product Return?
Maybe you ordered the wrong item or you simply don't want it anymore. In this case, we refund the full value of the remaining sellable product ordered within the past 60 days, and you simply pay the return shipping costs. Please note that essential oils must be returned with an unbroken original seal on the bottle in order to be eligible for a refund.
