The box is nicely constructed, but you have to buy the soap cutter from CS. I have a cutter from another company with a wood handle for a better grip and it's not tall enough to cut all the way through. The CS cutter is out of stock so trimming will be tricky until its back.

Heavy duty and durable. I've been using a mitre box from the hardware store forever and finally upgraded to this. Makes perfect, even slices of CP soap. I just cut through a 5# batch of soap in no time and don't have to trim the bars, like I did with the other box. Saving me time and time is money.
It's good just way more expensive than i would find worth it. Don't get me wrong its a good product but its just a little to pricey for what it is. 15-20$ would be a better price range.
I love this box with both the wavy and straight cutters. The sides are much taller than other ones I've tried. This has made it easier to line up the cutter with the grooves over tall loaves of soap. I finally get perfectly straight cuts every single time.
We've used this soap cutting box twice now, and I like it. We make a 3 lb. loaf of M & P soap and slide it into the box. It's important to make sure the end of the soap is pushed right up against the front of the soap cutting box. Prior to this I could never cut even bars of soap. With this soap cutting box my bars come out between 5 oz. and 5.15 oz. every time. We use a wavy soap cutter with this cutting box and the bars look great. Less stress, more fun, better soap. Glad we bought the box.
