Fragrance oils are lightweight, so small orders don't always use the tier you've unlocked. Pairing fragrance with wax, containers, or wicks lets you get more from every shipment, at the same flat rate.
ShipSure selects the most reliable carrier for your order based on size, weight, and destination. This allows us to deliver consistent, predictable rates while ensuring your package arrives safely.
Delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier selected at checkout, but most ShipSure orders arrive within standard ground shipping timeframes. You’ll always see an estimated delivery window before placing your order.
Freight shipments are handled separately due to their size and special handling requirements. ShipSure flat rates apply to standard parcel shipments only.
Free shipping offers apply to eligible items in your cart, but ShipSure still covers the rest of your order at a flat rate. Free shipping eligible does not affect your ShipSure qualifying tier total and you will not be charged for shipping on items that qualify as “free shipping”.
