These Terms and Conditions apply to the specific sale, discount, giveaway, or promotion (the "Promotion") advertised by CandleScience ("We," "Us," or "Our") on our website, social media, or other marketing materials. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on April 15, 2026 at 5:00AM PT and ends on April 17, 2026 at 11:59PM PT (the “Promotion Period”), while supplies last.

All qualifying purchases, entries, or redemptions must occur within this specified timeframe. Purchases, entries, or redemptions made outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

2. Offer Details
The specifics of this particular Promotion are as follows:

Free Shipping on all Clearance Products for Contiguous US only. While supplies last.
Free Shipping on Clearance products do not count toward your ShipSure tier. Any non-clearance items will count towards your ShipSure tier cost.

3. Restrictions

Promotions cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, coupons, or previously applied markdowns, unless explicitly stated otherwise in Section 2 (Offer Details).
Promotions are non-transferable and must be used by the intended recipient.
Promotions cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit, or any other monetary value.
The Promotion is limited to available stock. No rainchecks or substitutions will be offered once a qualifying product is out of stock.

4. General Conditions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time and without prior notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, technical errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
All purchases are subject to CandleScience's standard Returns, Refunds, and Shipping Policies, as well as all other Terms of Use and Terms of Sale, as noted in Terms of Sale and Conditions of Use of Website.
We reserve the right to refuse the Promotion to any customer who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or the Terms of Sale and Conditions of Use incorporated herein by reference.
In the event of a return of any item purchased under the Promotion, the discount or promotional value may be forfeited or deducted from the refund amount.

5. Additional Terms

Eligibility: This Promotion is only open to addresses in the Contiguous U.S. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
Product Exclusions: Unless specifically stated, the Promotion does not apply to gift cards, e-vouchers, clearance items, closeout inventory, bulk/wholesale orders (if applicable), custom orders, or tariffs, taxes, shipping and handling charges.
Errors and Misprints: In the event of an error or misprint in the advertising or execution of this Promotion, CandleScience reserves the right to cancel or correct the offer at its discretion.
Shipping and Taxes: The customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs associated with the order, unless the Promotion explicitly states that it covers or discounts these fees.

Order Fulfillment: Due to high demand during the Promotion Period, processing and shipping times may be delayed. CandleScience will make every effort to process orders promptly, but standard shipping timelines may not apply.

The specifics of this particular Promotion are as follows:

Discount: 50% off 1 oz fragrance oils and fragrance flights.
Limit on Use: This Promotion is limited to two 1 oz bottles of each type of fragrance oil and two of each type of fragrance flight per customer.
Eligible Products: The offer applies only to 1 oz fragrance oils and fragrance flights and excludes all clearance items.
