Forgot to add that, with these jars, I use a CD 12. I’m a stickler for CD wicks, and only have tried ECO wicks once, and I didn’t care for it. But, a single CD 12, seems to give it a beautiful, even melt pool, all the way down. Not a single bit of wax or soot around the jar! You can’t ask for more than that!

I love candle science and all of their products, and I love these jars as well. However, I usually buy the 12 ounce salsa jars, but I did not want to double the shipping cost to have them shipped from Nevada. I opted for these instead. The rustic lids are gorgeous, and like I said...I love these jars, but I cannot sell them as 12 ounce candles! If you stand this jar next to a 12 ounce salsa jars, there’s no comparison. I even measured liquid in it, and at the highest fill point level, I’m getting a touch over 10 ounces. Unfortunately, I wanted to add to my 12 ounce line, but these are being sold as 10 ounce candles.

We have been using these jars for most of our candle lines for five years now. We have jars break in transit occasionally but they are very good about sending replacements. We use the ECO 14 6" wicks. For the last month, we have been unable to get the black and rustic lids for the jars, so are now having to get them from another supplier, which is a huge disappointment.

I know the recommendation says Eco 4, but I read on the reviews that an Eco 10 works really well with these jars. Is that true ? Before I make my purchase. I want to make sure. Thank you.

Love these 12oz jars. Have had a jar break during shipment on two separate occasions but will continue to order because they are just too cute and perfect:)
