Lye Temperature 78ºF
Oil Temperature 77ºF

Fragrance was added at a light trace. We experienced moderate acceleration, but no separation. We hand stirred the fragrance into the batter and noticed an immediate color change to a bright yellow with this addition. We pulsed very briefly before the soap began to seize and turn into soap on a stick.

After 30 days, the soap discolored to a deep brown and scent retention was light.

We recommend this scent for use in hot process soapmaking and melt and pour.

I use this is soap and its a customer favorite! It soaps well, it is the best vanilla cake scent out there, it sticks nice and solid in soap, it has a sweet, creamy, vanilla scent.

I used this fragrance in a monticiano 7 oz vessel with Calwax Ceda Serica and 2 ultra core 1.6 wicks. 4 week cure time and it hit and threw harder than any other vanilla cake I have used. Great cold and hot throw. I could smell that little 7 ounce candle all throughout our house (one level open floor plan). Please do your own testing, but I highly recommend this fragrance. At 4 weeks the fragrance really came alive. At 2 and 3 weeks i was disappointed. WORTH the wait to cure longer for the best Hot and Cold throw. I am in love with it now. Thank you Candle Science! Please keep this around!

But you guys REALLY like to discontinue fragrances.

For the love of all things holy...please do not discontinue this.

This is the greatest white cake fragrance I've ever smelled and I've probably ordered over 100 different samples from different suppliers over the years.

Please. Please. Please. Do not discontinue this. It is pure vanilla cake heaven and I commend you on creating such a gorgeous, realistic, enjoyable scent.
