Dark Orchard

I used this in a hot process soap for my fall loving daughter. The orange really comes through, but not in a bright wake you up way. We can't grow oranges outdoors in Kentucky, but this is what the groves would smell like in late October for sure. The scent is not an overpowering one either, which is something she likes. I could see this fragrance going good in wax as well, it's very universal.

This scent smells spot on to an orchard in late autumn, the soft spice note of fallen leaves, deepness of overripe plums, and a woody background note. I added a tiny touch of Macintosh Apple for freshness and Petrichor for the damp soil under the trees and it's a perfect replica of the old apple orchard I grew up next to. May not be everyone's cup of tea, but I love earthy witchy kind of scents and this fits the bill exactly.

I ordered this as my free sample. I was immediately disappointed that I didn't order a large bottle. OOB it smells amazing. I can’t wait to try this in my coconut apricot wax. Smells like fall.

I'm so glad I tested this scent out! It's so fruity, but deep/dark fruity, not light and bright. Great on It's own but blend well with others. Might be one of my new favorite scents!
