Beautiful Vessel but...

These are stunningly beautiful vessels and unlike other reviewers, have no issues wicking, however unfortunately will not buy again. Some of my customers place their candles on their bathroom vanities and come to find out; this particular vessel leaves black residue (ring) behind when in standing water (even a small amount of water). And is not the feedback I wanted to hear from any customer. I'm not telling others not to buy this vessel as I do give it a 4 star because of its beauty and easy wicking, however simply, buyer beware.

Thank you for leaving a review of this container and sharing your customers' experiences. We generally don't recommend leaving ceramic containers in standing water, as this can negatively affect the ceramic and any surface it sits on. If these containers are used or displayed on a countertop where sitting water will be common, putting the candle on a heat-resistant candle holder or coaster should protect both the container and the surface!

Awesome Shape. One Issue.

Great Shape & Great Upscale look. Just cannot find a lid to fit! Went through Candlescience recommended but came back way to small.

For labeling, just going with a hang tag to keep subtle look perfect for home decor.

Wonderful vessel!

My only complaint to be completely transparent is the color. Yes it's black and I'm sure we all know that black comes in many shades/levels. This is more on the blue side. I REALLY wish it would be as black at the new matte black tumbler you released.. then it would be a 5 stars for sure! It's that slight difference making it hard to commit because if I notice it, so will my customers. Other than that, the feel is wonderful... excellent size/portion for a candle too.

Answer to labeling issues.

This container has become my number one seller! The look, feel and weight of these are absolutely wonderful.
For those having difficulties with labeling, we use a 2" square label and clean the container prior to applying labels. Seems to work for us.
