Smells good!

I used the Freesia and Lilac in CP. The 1st time it kind of riced(I was using temps for both lye and oils at 120) and it did accelerate and I just blended it out and poured into molds. When I cut the soap I had glycerin rivers. 2nd time around it riced again but I used colder temp 100 for both lye and oils and it still accelerated but I was able to get a design in and not worry that I had to pour into the molds(minimal glycerin rivers). I do miss Candle Science’s notes. In overall, in my opinion, this is a fantastic scent I even used it in homemade laundry soap. (0:

Who needs roses?

I was looking for a nice floral to offer those who do not care for my rose scented candles. This is a beautiful option. It has the right amount of sweetness - floral - powdery softness that is ideal in these types of scents. Don't ask me about top notes, bottom notes, all that matters is that it is a lovely scent that will be used year round in my products. I will try in cp soap also - cross my fingers.

You'd have to experience it...

Directly out of the bottle it was terrible, one of the notes was too pungent and bitter smelling. When smelling it from far away by wafting it, you can smell all the notes, and it's decent. Don't smell it right out of the bottle.

Beautiful Scent!

Beautiful and nice floral scent! You can definitely smell a nice velvety smooth lilac with some other beautiful florals mixed in. Decently strong in 6006 wax. Easily fills a room but isn't super overpowering or anything. A nice peaceful floral!

Really pretty Lilac

Recently I've had lilac requests and this one fits the bill. It's lovely floral especially the lilac and orchard notes. It's not too perfumey or powdery. This is also seems to be a versatile FO and hopefully will blend well with woody and earthy oils. I wait can't to play around with it more.

Beware if you use in CP soap

Smells more "peachy" to me than floral. I just used this in CP soap and it instantly riced. I mixed as much as I could with a mini mixer but had lumps remain. It got thick quick so I couldn't use my stick blender. It also thickened my other portions as I was trying to get the lumps to mix in with my other portions. So just fair warning. It is a pleasant scent though.

Interesting scent

I am not a flora girl, but I’m intrigued to see how this scent blends with the lily of the valley. This scent is a little sweet with a flora kick. The lilac definitely stands out, I am smelling it from a blotter strip. If you like flora scents and you like lilac you’ll love this scent.
