Pumpkin Chai

I love this scent so much! I mixed it equally with toasted pumpkin spice for my "pumpkin patch" candle. Amazing CT but had some trouble with HT- I used 10% in 464. Mixed in at 185 degrees, poured into 3 inch jars with CD 18 wick at 135 degrees. Any tips??

I get a good cold throw with this fragrance oil but hardly anything in the hot throw!

extremely strong and sweet. I did it with 8%. I will test with 6%. I hope it works out, because it was because of this aroma that I made the international purchase!

Robust! Made a small 2 oz with soy 444 CD 6 wick about 8% FO and the smell of pumpkin and cloves is filling the kitchen! Very surprised to get such a big HT out of the little tester.

Amazing smell but PLEASE SECURE THE CAPS ON THESE BEFORE SHIPPING THEM!!! When it shipped, this scent leaked in the box and everything it touched smelled like pumpkin spice. Not that that's a bad thing, but it is a shame that that bit of oil had to go to waste! The other bottle caps were not tightened either.
This Pumpkin Chai scent works really well in homemade perfumes and soaps, a great autumn / Halloween scent. Seems to be really high quality.

this has a lovely throw in candles (hot and cold). it is VERY strong but very pleasant.

I used 415 soy and it's cured for over a week. I still don't smell pumpkin or Chai.

My favorite scent of candle has been the Yankee Candle Spiced Pumpkin for years now, every year I stock up on them so I can burn them all year...BUT...this year was a game changer since I've found this oil! This scent smells almost identical to the YC one and I will never buy the YC ones anymore!! So very pleased with this, great cold AND hot throw! My house smells amazing in just a couple minutes after lighting, and the scent lingers for a while even after I blow it out.

I have to say that I am so far very impressed with this fo. I’m using 464 soy and having no issues with my candles. The cold throw is amazing with these. I almost feel as though I don’t need to light them because they fill the room so well unlit. The scent itself is pretty heavy on the cinnamon, but the pumpkin scent is there underneath, along with maybe some chai. Mostly cinnamon, but not in an unpleasant way.

Before I used to make my own candles, I would always buy pumpkin candles each Fall (because of course). When I started making my own, I wanted so badly to find the scent I was already buying, and boy did I find EXACTLY what I was looking for. This is more of a spicy pumpkin scent, as opposed to the sweeter pumpkin scent.

I would HIGHLY recommend this scent if you are wanting something with an insane HT/CT!! This scent is a huge hit with any pumpkin lovers & for sure my customers! Knocked it out of the park once again candle science!

Customer favorite this year and last year. Excellent hot throw in my 464 @10% with a 2 week cure. We burn this in the shop and it fills the room and drives sales up, up, up. Getting ready to order a 3rd 16oz bottle this year because I'm going to run out! Next year? I'll just get the 5 lb jug. :)

I love this fragrance. I only had it as a sample bottle and used it to make a 9 oz candle. Once I burned the candle it carried its scent throughout my apartment. My daughter was outside and stated. "your candle smells so good." that says a lot. Well I came on here tonight to order a larger bottle and sad to see it is sold out. Once again this fragrance speaks for it self. It is a winner! Good job on this one Candle Science.

This fragrance smells different in a candle. Once I lit it it smelled like spiced graham crackers more than pumpkin. It’s good just not what I was expecting. Very strong fragrance with a good hot throw.

This fragrance is not your typical sweet pumpkin! Pumpkin Chai is definitely a spicy pumpkin smell that I love! I can distinctly smell the pumpkin and all the warm spices! I agree with the description for this scent on how it's a sophisticated twist for pumpkin spice lovers! The throw is outstanding too!

You can never begin testing scent ideas for Fall too early. My customers and I loved this last year, but the scent has changed. You has an almost sour note at the end like milk that needs to be thrown out. It doesn’t resemble Chai and the sour detracts from the pumpkin too much.

I personally am not a huge pumpkin lover so it wasn't fan of mine. I had a few customers who liked it but not a ton. It hasn't sold very well and I probably won't get it again but if you are a pumpkin spice kind of person this would be great!

This scent was not as popular among my customers as some others I made this fall, but I personally love it. In my opinion it is the perfect fall scent with just the right mix of pumpkin and spices. Great cold and hot throw in candles.

I LOVE Candle Science and buy a lot. But this one was a miss for me. The citrus/black tea note comes off really pungent and sour to me and my tester friends. I wasn’t alone in my dislike of this—and I love pumpkin and spice scents. I even tried diluting with other pumpkins and I can still smell that sour note. Bummer.

I had multiple requests to pour a pumpkin soap, so I gave this scent a go. It smells like the best PSL you'll ever have. It soaped amazingly in 70F soaping with NO acceleration and NO ricing. Another great find at Candlescience.

I had one fragrance I was assuming would be my favorite but this one did me in! I love this scent so much! It is our number one seller, not overly pumpkin, really in my opinion its a perfect fall scent! Will be tempted to keep this one on hand year-round!

This is the perfect fall scent it's exactly what the tittle says. It's a strong scent but not overly so if need be you could mix this with another food scent and im sure you'd have something even better I love this

I had a custom order that one of my customers wanted to use a pumpkin vanilla Chai blend I made in my wax melts for a body butter scent. The Chai oil I had wasn't skin safe, so I set out to find one that was. I had never ordered from candle science before, but you guys saved the day with your pumpkin Chai oil. I'm so glad that I ordered, because every single scent I tried was excellent. Now I had to come back to try some more & to tell everyone how great these oils are.

I love, love, love this scent!! I use it by itself or I will cut it in chunks and add it to another pumpkin scent or maple, so as the candle burns you’ll get the best of two scents. Candle making is suppose to be fun and creative. I’m doing both.

It smells so delicious! The spices are the most noticeable scent. Orange dye with this is beautiful!

This is going to be my Fall go-to fragrance! It smells amazing in candles and melts. I didn't even have to cure my candles to have an excellent hot and cold throw. It is truly scrumptious and not too heavy on the cinnamon. I don't get a lot of pumpkin notes, more ginger, nutmeg, hints of cinnamon and a tartness like cider, but definitely has a sweet and buttery dry down. It performed beautifully in cold process soap, however the fragrance really shines in soy wax better. No acceleration whatsoever, can't comment on discoloration as I believe I used a stabilizer in 3 out of four layers of my soap design, however there is no vanillin seepage into the white layer. I soap at room temp and was able to do a swirl through three layers so it is definitely workable. Great in soap, better for wax very rich, complex, and yummy.

Had made some chai tea to use it with a chai tea fragrance I thought I had left, but did not have any. Saw this one and decided to try it and I really, really like it. May buy some more to make another recipe before the seaaon is over. Used it with pumpkin puree and tumeric in a cold process soap and it is wonderful.

I used this in CP soap. It smells nice, but not like pumpkin at all. Out of the bottle it smelled like bubblegum, and in soap it smells like an eggy, cinnamon custard. It's nice, but not a pumpkin scent. The name might be more accurate for use in candles. Also in soap, it accelerates wildly.

Wow! This scent is amazing! It’s not overly sweet like a lot of pumpkin spiced fragrances. It’s a perfect balance of fall spices and warmth. It performs amazing in soy wax and the cold and hot throw is superb! This is my new favorite fall scent!

More chai than pumpkin, still smells great tho

They had the .99 samples so I bought a few of my favorites and decided to try this and was immediately hooked. I use these in my electric diffuser and normally hate the baked goods scents because they are too sweet but this is more spice and pumpkin than sugar and it makes my house smell amazing. Even though I have a full sample I'm already here to buy more so I don't run out.

I really like this! My son immediately chose this one over Pumpkin Soufle, Toasted Pumpkin and Hansel and Gretel. It's not as heavy as the others, not to say I don't like those. This one is just a nice scent!

I love this and it's been in the warmer at the shop for at least a week. This is one of my top sellers. My customers love it and say they don't even have to put it in the warmer to have their house smell of Pumpkin Chai.

I don't like pumpkin, but this is great! I used a 4% in a soap base with goat's milk, and I can feel the scent on my skin after the shower.

Pumpkin is personally one of my favorites and this only adds to my numerous pumpkin scented candles, a great option to have for customers.

Such a great fall scent! Its warm, inviting and yummy, I love that you can really smell the chai with this one so its a bit different than your typical pumpkin fall scents. A keeper for sure!

This is the best Pumpkin scent ever. My customers have grown tired of the regular pumpkin pie type scent. With the addition of the chai fragrance this has brought the everyday pumpkin pie smell to higher level. Love, love it.

I don't usually like pumpkin scents myself, but this one is incredibly rich, creamy, and not too heavy on the spice. I can definitely pick up the black tea notes in this, and the vanilla smooths everything out nicely. Reminds me of a chai latte with just the right amount of pumpkin highlights, and without being overpowering. I might need to carry this!
