Product was faulty from the start. I am rating 1 because I should have just returned it. I had to rig it to work so I could get my orders done. It was obvious from the beginning that the wiring or battery had issues. It would shut off and I would have to open the case to reconnect the glue and the wiring as well as reposition the battery in place to operate. This was a rinse and repeat process until it just completely died - super annoying.
I am super happy with all the many products that I purchase from CS and Customer Service is AMAZING!!!!
CS may want to consider some more reliable and more robust digital thermometers, especially those with a stainless steel temp needle attached to an auto-reader alarm that can be set to a desired temp.
Again, CS does an excellent job with products, customer service and will actually hear and act on customer issues.
