This durable and high-quality silicone soap mold produces tall loaf-shaped soaps which can be sliced into individual pieces. The cavity holds up to 3 1/2 pounds (weighted, or 1.6 kg) depending on the base or method. This mold is food-grade quality and freezer and oven safe, with a heating or cooling capacity from-20°F to 400°F (-28.9°C to 204.4°C).

We recommend allowing your soap to cool for 24 hours for easier removal from the mold. If the bar won't release, place the mold in your freezer for 30-40 minutes and try again.

For best cleaning results, hand wash with warm, soapy water and leave to air dry. Wipe down with distilled water to remove any water spots.

Finished soap loaf dimensions of approximately 12” x 2 1/4" x 3 1/4" (30.5 cm x 5.7 cm x 8.3 cm).

Love it

This mold is great love the versatility of how tall it is versus the other ones that are always flat and short.

Lovely mold

I really like this mold. I haven't used it with M&P yet, but it worked well for cold process. My only complaint is that it bowed A LOT with CP soap. I made a cardboard support which has helped considerably. However, the reason I bought this one was because it appeared to self-support. I don't have much space to work, so minimally sized equipment is vital for me.

Great

I love this mold. Only bowed a little.. But other than that my soap came out perfect!

Worked for a time

This mold is a wonderful shape and a great mold to make 2 lbs of soap. I loved it and started adding two wooden sticks as support so it wouldn't bow out and now it doesn't matter what I do, the soap comes out wonky. I have never put this in the dishwasher and treated it right but it just can't hold up for longer than, maybe, 10 soaps. After that is starts to warp and, honestly, it might be better to just invest in a better mold. Their 8 inch mold is still going strong, I guess because it's not quite as tall. Maybe this silicone is only stable at a certain height? Either way, I wish I hadn't bought 2 because I cannot use these anymore.
