For a similar candle dye we recommend our Lavender Dye Blocks. It is more concentrated, so you can use less of the dye block to achieve the same color as the dye chips. Our dye chips are packed in foil bags that virtually eliminate color from bleeding through the bag and staining other surfaces. Fragrance Oil Recommendations: Lavender, Lilac, Plumeria, Love Spell Made in the USA
Directions:
The candle in the picture was made with 1 dye chip in a pound of IGI 4794 paraffin wax. For soy, parasoy, or other natural waxes you may need to use 2 or more chips to achieve a similar color.
Add dye chips to wax at 185 degrees or higher to ensure they'll dissolve completely.

I used 1/2 a chip w/ 1lb GB 464 soy recently and made a lovely pastel lavender shade. I have noticed in natural light its looks more blue, but inside under my dining room lights, it's more of a lavender. I think it's cool have the different variations, almost like a chameleon.
Frosts like crazy, not a fan
NOT HAPPY. No matter how little or how much I used this was not a lavender or purple shade at all. It was very blue.
I am not happy with this color at all!!!! It looks nothing like lavender. It's closer to periwinkle. Very blue. Five candles of mine are ruined now. Very disappointed.
This made a nice lilac color with a few chips in GB464, but does not even come close to achieving the color pictured unless you use 6 or 7 dye chips. Even then, the color was fairly blue, and not a pure violet like in the picture. Great if you want a more blue purple, but if you want a true purple, you might want to try adding 1 red chip with 6 purple chips.
I like to use this to make a nice lavender color for my Lilac candles. It's perfect. I use IGI 6006.
2 chips/lb in soy wax makes an amazing "electric purple" color. That's the only way I can describe it! Soo pretty. I used it in Love Spell and it put a spell on me.
I used 1 dye chip in 1 lb of IGI 4630 and the color is Perfect! Actual lavender color, not as purple as shown here. I made teal light / votives curing starting immediately could see lavender color. So happy, will be getting more.
This turned out perfect. Scent was great and color to match. Very happy with the results.
I used 1 chip in 1 lb of GB 464 to color my Lavender Vanilla candle and it came out very pretty! a little more blueish than the picture here, but still looks very nice and matches the scent.
