Hey Kady! Thanks for your review. The maximum usage level for Category 10A - Reed Diffusers on the IFRA Certificate is 3.75% which is less than our recommended usage rate of 15% for Reed Diffusers. You can absolutely test using 3.75% or less and your diffusers still be IFRA Compliant, but it may be too faint of a fragrance. Our Customer Support Team is also reaching out via email to help!
