I ordered a few fragrances Red Hot Cinnamon was the first I made. I did not want to wait a few days, so I lit the tealight from the extra and the smell carried throughout most of our doublewide home. Will be ordering again.

Holy sinkholes Batman! Is there a trick to avoiding them with the FO?? Because if there is, I need to know. I’ve tried pouring hot, cool, fast, slow, warm jars, tins.... I just can’t avoid them. I love the smell of it but it’s such a pain to work with. Help!
Hi! A member of our team will be reaching out shortly!
I am new to candle making and this is one of my first scents to try. After 2 weeks with an 8% fragrance mix, one small 4 oz candle will fill the entire bathroom with the smell of cinnamon. You can even smell it in the hall outside with the door closed. I did have some issues with pitting more than other scents but nothing that cannot be managed. I will be ordering the 16 oz bottle next time.
So I made this with some wax I purchased off of amazon with wicks that came with the pack because I was just wanting to test some things and play around I purchased this because it sounded great. Now when I burned it there was no HT even though the CT was amazing. There was sink holes pretty bad and tunneling which could have been due to the wicks and wax i don’t really know since I’m just starting out. Another thing was that when burned it Had a odd smell to it which again could be the wick or wax. I just didn’t know cause the pumpkin pie I tried and ordered worked fine. I will definitely have to try it again with more professional wax and wicks and maybe a higher % of oil.
This fragrance is true to the red hot cinnamon candies scent, however it must also come from red hot cinnamon h*ll. I've made candles for over two years now and I can't avoid sink holes with this oil. After 3-4 shots with the heat gun the candles still have sink holes. I have 1/2 a bottle left and it's going in the trash. I wouldn't feel right even giving the remainder away for free.
I love the smell of this FO. However, after 4 years of using it (old and new version) I cannot for the life of me figure out how to avoid sinkholes with it. It’s extremely frustrating. That being said, the fragrance itself is spot and I’ll continue to use it. If anyone has the answers to this problem, help me!! Lol
Hi! Fragrance oils can sometimes affect how a candle cures overall and in many cases, adjusting the fragrance load can help. We've reached out via email with some more troubleshooting info as well!
I use oils from different places...
This is the very best cinnamon I have ever smelled. Nothing extra to me just RED HOT CINNAMON ♥️ awesome alone, or mixed!!
This Red Hot Cinnamon is very nice with the soy464, HT and CT is wonderful!!!
I think this is actually a good cinnamon! I don’t use it alone though. I mix it with pies and creams. I believe it does great as an extra kick! Great for candles and wax melts! I’ve had really good luck with it.
Not to sound dramatic, but if I could give this FO a 0 star rating, I would.
It’s awful to work with. I used to LOVE the cinnamon stick fragrance, but since it was “tweaked”, it has no throw. I switched to Red Hot thinking the throw would be stronger, which it is (slightly), but still not as good as the old Cinnamon. Furthermore, I can’t make ANY candles with any oil that has any version of cinnamon in it from Candlescience without really bad pitting in them. They look horrible. I don’t have this issue with any other oil, but if it has cinnamon in it, I can’t use it anymore. Just incredibly disappointed in the quality (or lack thereof) in this product. It’s not what I’ve come to expect from them, and now I’ll have to stop doing any cinnamon scents unless they fix it or I can find one from another company.
This was my favorite fragrance oil BEFORE the revision. It is not as strong and the HT is weak. Disappointed for sure.
Definitely smells like cinnamon, BUT poor cold throw and I expected stronger hot throw... I just wish it was stronger.
My customers love this scent! A true red hot cinnamon. Can't seem to ever make enough.
