Helpful Candle Making Tips:

It’s crucial for the wax to reach 185°F when adding fragrance. Many fragrance oils will not mix properly into the wax until it's hot enough.
Be sure to add only 1oz. of fragrance! Adding more than recommended will cause the candle to burn poorly and won’t improve the hot throw.
We know it takes a long time for the wax to cool, but patience produces pretty candles. Pouring too hot can cause the candles to shrink and pull away from the sides.
For improved scent throw, allow your candles to “cure” for several days. We know it’s hard to wait, but patience really pays off.
