Our contoured top oval soap mold is made from food grade plastic and can be used with melt & pour soap bases as well as cold process soap. This mold makes 4 bars, with each cavity holding 4.2 ounces (weighted). We recommend allowing your soap to cool for 24 hours for easier removal from the mold. If the bar won't release, place the mold in your freezer for 30-40 minutes and try again. We also recommend pouring your soap base at a maximum of 145°F. It's best to hand wash the mold with warm soapy water. Cleaning in the dishwasher or with hot water can warp the mold. Finished Soap Dimensions: 3 1/2" x 2 5/8" x 1 3/8" deep Made in the USA.

No Destroyed Mold Trying To Get Soap Out
Title pretty much says it all. Lovely shape, AWFUL mold, would not release. Ended up using shears to cut the soap out of the mold, with cuts from the hard plastic mold all over my fingers. NEVER AGAIN.
Very hard to release
I like the shape of the soap however the plastic molds are very difficult upon release. This mold needs to be made in silicone.
Worse mold
I used these molds according to the directions and the soap would not release. I had to cut the molds to get the soap out. What a waste of money!
