Just wish to point out that this BRV contains vanilla which turns cold process soap brown. Most BRV from other suppliers has 0% vanilla. I didn't read the description and just assumed it was the same sold by others. It's not.

Out of the bottle this FO sorta smells like cough medicine. It not what I expected it was I smell like. I will be testing out in wax to see if my thoughts have changed.

I always make sure I re-order this oil, it's my absolute favorite. Has a very comforting smell.

I ordered this fragrance two different times. The first bottle I went through had no hot throw. The second bottle (a bigger one) also has no hot throw. I made these candles the same way and then with a different ratio and neither one worked to produce a hot throw. I used 8.5% fragrance this last time and I had no hot throw. I added the fragrance at 185 degrees and poured at 135 degrees.

I just ordered 11 1oz bottles of oils to test out for my new candle business and first of all, I am extremely impressed with how quickly they arrived in the mail (two days early)! So far I think the Black Raspberry Vanilla is my favorite. It has a very sweet, fruity, romantic aroma to it. I can't wait to see how it smells in candle form.

I luckily got a trial size to test. To me it smells very synthetic and boring - like a raspberry candle from the grocery store, basically. It has good hot and cold throw.

This has got to be my favorite scent ever !
