You either love it or you hate it but I consider this fragrance one of my all time favorites. So do my customers. In car sachets I sold out fast with customers coming back and asking for more, more, more! If the thought of walking through a spice market appeals to you, if you daydream about visiting Morocco, if you want to catch a whiff of the divine, buy this. I hope they never discontinue it! A++

I absolutely love this fragrance. I first smelled this while at a winery in Napa. When I first smelled it, I thought of my trips to Thailand. This smells exactly like a spa in Thailand. I bought the candle in Napa and when I got home I tried to make it. It never came out right until I found this fragrance oil. It is a little lighter and softer than my Napa candle which I actually love. It’s so fresh and soothing. I bet it would be amazing for soap.

This is a fabulous scent, my customers love it. It is my favorite of all the candles I have made and I have made tons of candles. So to throw it away is childish, to say it smelled up there house for days and made them mad, again childish behavior. This is an amazing scent, not floral not a sweet scent, it's something different. It makes us the money!!!! Candle Science has been the best company EVER for our business.

I was so excited to see a scent with ginger and another favorite, saffron... I think it smells amazing in the candles I have made and was the chosen scent for folks purchasing candles... This will be my 3rd order of the large bottle... I read some of the reviews that stated it was 'perfumery'... I tend to only use natural earthy warm scents... This one is a bit sweeter than what I have used but with good balance. I love the way it makes my house smell when making candles and burning them. It's my new favorite!

I made 3 candles using just the FO alone and then loved it so much I mixed the Ginger FO [2 parts] with Blood Orange [1 part] and the Sparkling Grapefruit [1 part] in my 3 wicks with IGI 6006 wax. <------ This is the Ginger Pomelo!!!!! Do yourself a favor and make this. You will fall in love... Thanks CS :) You guys rock!!!

One thing I cannot stand are exaggerated, ignorant reviews that mostly come from people who don't realize that fragrance oild oftentimes smell different out of the bottle than they do as a finished product. AS IF someone would throw away unused bottles of Fragrance Oils - I'd almost bet my right hand that they did not end up in the trash- only people who failed at getting something for free would post something like that and without realizing it, make themselves look i..otic! I hope I'm not in trouble with CandleScience for posting my opinion, but I can't help it!
Yes, there have been some scents that I personally don't like at all but that certainly doesn't mean the Fragrance Oil is garbage- we all have different tastes and if this customer was someone who has the smallest knowledge of this business, that review full of negativity wouldn't have existed. We are leaving a review on the quality of products, our personal preferences are secondary! Is this Fragrance Oil of bad quality? Not at all! In comparison to the same scent from any other supplier- does it not smell the same? Hmmm- CandleScience has as of yet been the firt supplier I found with this scent. What's the throw like? How did it perform in soap? Was it in any way not as descibed? THAT is what matters- Diffrent strokes for different folks!
I, for example can't stand Magnolia and Peonies! Yikes- but it smelled like Magnolia and Peonies, has a strong hot and cold throw and is really a pretty good fragrance oil where one could easily get by using less than 1oz/ lb of wax! I don't yet know how it is in soap and dread making it but my customers who love floral scents will probably love it!
So... if you hate a scent that much, try making a finished product with it before leaving negative reviews OR send it to me next time instead of (cough) "throwing it and others STRAIGHT into the garbage"!

This is an amazing scent that smells just like the ginger soap in our room when we were in Thailand. I have been looking for a gingery scent that was this gingery. I love it! It’s too bad the other buyer threw hers in the trash. I reckon my soap is going to be amazingly gingery. Out of the bottle, it’s like lemongrass licked a ginger peel.

This is one of three 1oz scents I bought that got thrown right in the garbage as soon as I opened it. As a first time buyer from this supply company I won’t be purchasing anything else. Highly disappointed with what I ordered. I was looking for a “warm” citrusy scent and this just made me sick to my stomach.

I love to cook with ginger and basically love everything ginger. This is why I decided to give this particular fragrance a try. From the bottle I got an overwhelming note of ginger which I thought was promising. This fragrance is not perfumed and has a true to life scent of ginger. It contains other notes to make the fragrance more complex, but overall ginger is the dominate note. I really enjoyed this fragrance. I smell the candles and it reminds of making Thai food and enjoying summer. I kind of what to eat my candles.

LOVE this interesting fragrance. One of my customers says it smells 'Zen'. So.. that's what I call it. I love the way all the scents surround the lemongrass. Lovely!!
