For a similar soap colorant we recommend our Red Vibrant Liquid Soap Dye. It is more concentrated, so you can use less of the Red Vibrant to achieve the same color as the Pink Grapefruit. Exquisite shades of red, pink, and orange mingle to form this classy colorant. We know you’ll love this dye’s versatility. Use a white melt and pour soap base to achieve a pinkish hue or produce a more robust orange-red by using a clear base. Your actual experience may vary depending on your use of the base and the dye’s saturation. We encourage you to experiment and find the best combination to fit your needs. Expect to use two to three drops to achieve the most typical color range. In the example images, we used five drops per pound of soap base. Usage Recommendations:

  • Usage: 5-7 drops/lb
  • Shake well before use
  • For soap, lotions, and water-soluble bath products
  • Not for lip products

Wonderful Color - however...

The color is very nice and smooth. It blends well intro the soap and its absolutely beautiful. However, about a week later the soaps turned a strange brown/red color. It may be because I made the soap suck a faint pinky color. Hopefully the next batch goes better.
