Summer Breeze Liquid Dye for candle wax produces a color range of blue depending on usage. Your actual experience may vary depending on what type of wax you use and the amount of dye used. We encourage you to experiment.

In soy, deep, rich colors are challenging and standard dye amounts create a washed-out, pastel color. They require 2-3 times the dye that paraffin requires, sometimes more.

A 1 oz bottle can color up to 100 lb of soy wax or 200 lb paraffin to a medium shade.
A 4 oz bottle can color up to 400 lbs of soy wax or 800 lbs to a medium shade.

Note: Due to the extreme concentration of our liquid dyes there is a noticeable odor that will not be detectable at normal usages in finished candles.

I love this Blue!

The options are really stunning with this particular liquid dye. I always keep a record of how many drops I've used because this is powerful stuff. It goes from very light to a beautiful deep color. I love the liquid dyes because it's actually very easy to measure and it lasts so long. I use 464 GB soy wax, I approve of this dye.

Great Stuff!

I have always used the dye chips. Very hard to control the intensity of color with them. And I have found different batches give different results. I purchased a couple of colors in this liquid dye to see how I liked it. The colors I purchased were not available in chips so that is why I chose the ones I did. New colors and new experience with a different media of coloring. I am in love with these liquid dyes! I have used this in paraffin, para soy, and soy and love the results I get. I can control the color so much easier. I will be going to all liquid dyes once I use up all of my chips. I also love the fact that they are measured with a dropper and not a bottle with the flip-top lid as I have seen from other distributors of liquid candle dyes. These are soooooooooooo easy to use and no mess at all! Thanks so much for a quality product! Definitely a repeat customer on this and all other colors as I need them.
