Tried in 444 soy, and my impression was that it was nice, but it didn't have as good of a hot throw as something like Caramelized Pralines (which is my favorite so far of all that I've tried). It was noticeable but something I quickly became "nose blind" to. It should still make yummy smelling candles that should fly off shelves.
The scent is fairly true to it's description, but I would say what hit me first is the "buttered popcorn" notes followed by a bit of sweetness. It definitely justifies the "caramel popcorn" name, but does have that distinct butter undertone, similar to Buttered Rum but with a sweeter undertone.
