Cinnamon Element

Apparently what this needed was blending with tobacco and black pepper for some reason? When I put it with "dusty" scents like Orris it filled in something missing as well. Apparently Red Hots are made with Cassia Leaf oil, so this is not a "cinnamon stick" but a "cinnamon leaf" scent and that explains a lot. I smelled the EOs side by side and this definitely smells like the leaf.

My customers love this cinnamon fragrance! They love that it smells so much like the fiery-sweet aroma of classic Red Hot candies.

This is perfect. It is far better than any cinnamon essential oil I could ever afford. It is going to be a staple in my scent collection, so I am so happy to have found this element.

I recently purchased the elements set from Candle Science and I am so impressed with the quality, depth and strength of this addition to the lineup. It is well worth the cost. I tend to find most scent blends to be lacking in something and with this set, I can fix that, lol. I LOVE Candle Science. They get me, lol.

This smells exactly like Ceylon cinnamon. I was after more of a cassia cinnamon but I got the sample first. It’s still a good strong scent. It is reddish. Not sure how that would work with candle discoloration. If you’re unsure what Ceylon cinnamon smells like think of red hots candy or hot tamales. This is exactly that scent.

I love Cinnamon Stick so I thought I would give this a try. At first I thought oob was strong, but then I thought it was light. I used CS new custom wax and followed their recommendation of 6% fragrance. As I was stirring I didn't think the fragrance was strong enough so I added a few drops of clove essential oil and cinnamon leaf essential oil. After a couple days (because I'm impatient!) I lit the candle and the fragrance was not strong at all. As the week progressed it became stronger and stronger. I love it now! I like a stronger fragrance so I would add more next time, but it is very nice indeed! Let me me add that a true cinnamon is one of my favorite scents!!! This is a keeper for me! Thank you CS!
