Sweet Tobacco Fragrance Oil
Choose a Variant

With an air of nostalgia, Sweet Tobacco fragrance oil captures aromatic pipe-ready tobacco. This heady scent balances brandy-infused tobacco leaves drenched in sweet honey and amaretto, and rounds it off with a base of oak and warm benzoin. We recommend this scent year-round in candles, wax melts, and tarts. It’s also safe for use in bath and body products like lotion, soap, and scrubs. We think it would be a great option for shave bars, as well.

This fragrance is infused with essential oils, including cedarwood, clary sage, palmarosa, and vetiver.

Blends well with: Mountain Mist, Golden Santal, Mahogany Shea, Leather, Coffee Shop, Butterscotch and Bourbon

Alternative branding ideas: Tobacco Caramel, Cherrywood Tobacco

Suggested colors: Light Brown, Honey

Not for me

Smells like straight tobacco. Unfortunately not for me. Had my husband smell it and he couldn’t stand it.

I love it for a men’s soap. I figured it’d have a strong tobacco smell but it surprisingly didn’t. Light tobacco with some sweetness.

makes my head hurt

I bought a bunch of musky scents for my candles inspired by book boys, but it just smells like straight tobacco. ( I know the scent is supposed to smell like tobacco) but I was expecting more of how it smells when someone is actually smoking a cigarette. Personally, it's just not for me. maybe it would not be such an intense scent after you actually make your candles but when you smell it from the bottle it's too overpowering.

Granpa's Pipe Tobacco-Used in CP soap

I bought this scent 12/22 and didn't use it until recently, because the scent OOB was not what I expected/wanted. I was looking for the Captain Black, Original scent my grandfather used to smoke in his pipe. However, glad I tried it, because certain scents soften and morph a little when used in cold process soap. And this was one of them. Although, it's not exactly what my grandfather's pipe tobacco smelled like, it's fairly close. My customers haven't seen/smelled this yet, so that's the real test as to whether or not this will be in the regular lineup. Thanks.

Love it!

Looking for a masculine fragrance to add to your candle line... this is it!

So… I gave it a try. It is for certain people that is for sure. It is definitely old pipe tobacco. However just having this in my kitchen while making the candles had me ACTUALLY sick to my stomach. I’m gonna go ahead and list them as a Limited item, for my own sakes. I already used the whole test oz so I can’t ask for a refund.

Really Good!

I got this as a tester and its beautiful smell, although very strong it is definitely the type of scent I was hoping for.

Didn't Like it

I ordered a sample of this fragrance I found too strong and didn't feel good about it I also asked others to smell it and turned the same result this fragrance could be good in a forest wooden house, may be.

Def smells like Tobacco

I definitely get the tobacco scent. It smells like Copenhagen snuff, or rolling tobacco. And there is just a small hint of honey.

100% Spot on!

Not sure why they’re are any negative reviews on this one? From someone that knows what the smell of drying tobacco in a barn smells like growing up, it’s 100% spot on! This OOB is STRONG! We used 8% and mixed it with leather. Full 8% would probably be too strong IMO. Alone i would maybe do 6%. Less is more. But it’s PERFECT! Don’t sleep on this one!
