Candle dye blocks are simple to use and produce vibrant colors in both soy and paraffin. Our dye blocks are packed in foil bags that virtually eliminate color from bleeding through the bag and staining other surfaces. Dye blocks can easily break in half for coloring small batches of wax.

I did not use a whole brown dye block and made small amount of candles and it came out lighter than I thought but actually what I needed!

Was happy with the outcome of this dye chip and will be ordering again. I use it with soy wax and I always achieve the perfect brown shade that I was going for. I recently made life like chocolate wax melts and it looked identical.

Nice Caramel Color in Soy

I used one block piece per 2 lbs of GB 464 soy wax and this turned out a nice rich caramel color. I used it to make caramel popcorn and the color is perfect.

Sadly it's terrible

I love all the dye blocks but this one. The brown is much more parchment than brown, and if you use less than the maximum amount recommended it's an awful baby poo color. Sad face.

I have used several different colors of dye blocks from candle science before. I love how easy they are and they are usually very good colors. However this brown was DISGUSTING. It looked like actual diarrhea. It was like a greenish light brown... Horrible. It did not look anything like the nice chocolate brown pictured. Will not be purchasing again.

Okay but not great

I used this in Eco Soya CB Advanced wax and was a bit disappointed in the results. It's not a very flattering brown on its own but does very well when mixed with other colors.
