I really, really liked the old black tumblers with the paint inside. The fact that they've been switched to being painted outside is super disappointing and has forced me to shop elsewhere for my black tumblers, which is unfortunate because I really like everything else I get from CandleScience.

Hoping for a proper rework on these, preferably with interior paint. I loved the clear bottom and depth that the glass appeared to have when painted the old way.

I'm going to echo what many are saying here, as a small business owner I rely on Candle Science as being one of the ONLY places I can find black glass tumblers (online or locally) and when the tumblers are not in stock this really affects my business. Not having these tumblers in stock until May is very, very disappointing and unfortunately, online research only ever leads me back to Candle Science for black glass tumblers. Not a happy customer.

Candle Science is hurting small business owners by consistently running out of inventory of both the black and white tumblers. It would make sense for them to continue offering the tumblers as is for clients that are depending on these product being available. If then Candle Science behind the scenes wanted to look for ways to improve upon their product, great. Clearly this isn't happening. It isn't acceptable or responsible of Candle Science to sell out of a popular item for months at a time. This has a domino effect where suddenly small business owners are forced to come up with excuses to their own clients.

I use these jars for a very popular line of mine and now I can't order them. The quality is just fine and now I have no place to find them. It's a good thing I ordered a ton when I did but I will need more fairly soon.
I love the fact that they're painted on the outside now. When they were painted on the inside, I didn't like the fact that you could see through the bottom portion of the glass.

I got a call from customer service today apologizing for the inconvenience of out of stock. She was so nice and explained to me how they are working to provide the same quality of the previously painted jars. She also answered a lot of questions that I had about other products. The process will take a few weeks but I am sure it will be worth the wait. I am really big on customer service and appreciated the call. I ordered the white tumblers for now and put myself on the list to know when the black ones will arrive.

I purchased two cases of these jars for the first time to see how I like them. I saw some reviews that gave me a little concern but I wanted to see for myself. I gave three stars because I like the jars and am launching my business in two weeks but they are now out of stock. I wanted to put in a large order so that I can start to pour for my launch. This concerns me. Will I not be able to supply my customers with these jars in the future? I am new and don't need this kind of delay starting off.

I ordered a few cases of these black jars and the white jars as well. I loved the jars before they discontinued the paint on the inside jars. Now that the paint is on the outside, the product has become horrible. They come out of the boxes with some scratches (where the paint scratched off in travel?
I just found a few of the old black jars from last year and they are so beautiful! Super shiny and really black and so shiny!
The other issue besides the scratches is, If you put a label on crooked you can’t pull it back off and realign it as it will take some of the paint off!! I had to throw away a few of the white ones because I couldn’t even use them.
Please figure this one out. Bring back the old jars please! I am currently shopping around for something else, but I do like this size of these and it’s hard to find jars this size. I can purchase the clear ones I guess but really loved the black and the white jars painted on the inside!

Just wanted to take a moment to commend CS for outstanding customer service. I did a review two days ago on the black tumbler that was not in favor of the product. Amanda from CS personally gave me a call and we quickly came up with a resolution. CS is aware of the problem with the black tumblers and they are working to fix the issue. In honesty, I probably won't order any more of the tumblers in black until the paint issue is resolved, but I do love CS products and will continue to be a loyal customer. I never had an issue where I needed customer service, but as pleasant as the encounter went that makes my loyalty even greater.

We had been waiting for a while now to order these particular tumblers as CS was on backlog themselves. I was a little disappointed when I got my order to find that a couple of the jars were damaged to the point where we would not be able to sell them. We found what appeared to be swirled smudges and knicks or dings on a couple of tumblers. At the cost to buy and ship these tumblers, you would think that everything would be in order.

Unfortunately, I have to revise my review after some testing.

Paint falls off from the front easily which is definitely not an improvement.

When I showed this to our private client who has waited for these new ones to come in they rejected them on the spot and we have to order new ones for them from overseas.
