Cold Process Soap Performance

Dark Brown

Lye Water Temperature 115ºF (46.1°C)
Oil Temperature 105ºF (40.6°C)

We experienced slight acceleration and a slight amount of ricing. The oil and water came to a thick trace quickly but did not stiffen too much. As we prepared to pour into the mold, we noticed the batter became grainy. After 24 hours, we observed the soap only reached a partial gel. The center almost reached a full gel while the end area only gelled in the center. The outside rim of the bars had discolored to a nice caramel color while the center remained a pale yellow. The scent was quite strong. After 30 days, the soap had discolored to a dark brown, and the scent remained strong.

I buy this scent by the gallon. It is a customer favorite. It should have more than 5 stars. I love it and so does everyone that smells it.

Me personally I'm not to fond of the smell but that just me lol the customers I let test it out loved the smell. I just wanted to know, how can I get the candle to smell up the whole room. When the candle is cold I can smell it but when it burned it was only a slight smell. Any suggestions? New candle maker here. Thank you !
