I hope all of the other reviews that express frustration and disappointment will convince CS to bring this FO back! The replacement suggestion is nowhere close to this. I have also had to discontinue a customer-favorite scent. It’s aggravating when you spend so much time working out the right FO mix ratio, do all your test burns, make scent specific labels, and market a product—only to have it discontinued w/o an exact replacement. Cassia & Amber was another one CS suddenly discontinued, and I still can’t find a replacement. It’s hard to run a small business and create brand/scent loyalty when our custom blend ingredients are discontinued.
5 stars are for the scent
Will a new improved or similar scent be available soon? My customers love this scent!
I can’t believe you are discontinuing this fragrance. It’s one of my top sellers. This is a bad move.
First you discontinued my top seller, “Sweet Pea”,so I turned my customers to this scent to keep them. Now you got rid of this. BAD,BAD,BAD move. Please bring them both back!!
I’m so extremely disappointed with the decision to discontinue this beautiful scent. It has always been a great seller in all of my products. The scent throw in my candles is amazing, and the blends I created with this...I am so disappointed. No, the replacement is nothing like it, it doesn’t smell the same, and my customers do not like it, not to mention...the custom blends I created with it, I not have to discontinue, and they are all great sellers every week. Not a good move to discontinue. Grr
I hate to see this scent go, it was a very surprising seller for me in CP soap. All it took was 1 lady buying one bar, with each event she would buy more and more with each event I attended. I recently offered her you "replacement" Hibiscus Palm. She turned it down saying the two smell very different. I have to agree. This scent had a powdery-floral scent to it that was not overpowering and was super feminine. It was a great scent for summer and spring alike.
This discontinuation upsets me from a business stand point, as I will lose the guaranteed sales from this scent.
Very sad this is discontinued was making it part of my summer line!
This scent was amazing and a best seller for us. Extremely disappointed that it was discontinued. More than likely we will have to find a fragrance house to match this scent so we can still continue to offer it to our customers.
I am really sad to hear that this scent is being discontinued. My main reason for coming here tonight was to buy a larger bottle. I will try hibiscus palm, but I doubt it will smell as luscious as Island hibiscus....
This scent is very clean smelling. I really enjoy the more "natural " scents in my line. So this one kinda fits. I wI'll buy it again if it sells!
Omg! I absolutely love this. My customers love it too! It is a heavy floral fragrance, but with my line, it works well, as I am all about the flowers and plants and involve that in most all my products. You will not be disappointed if you love flower based scents. I used in soap, body butter and going to do a candle too. :) love love
