I enjoyed this scent at first...but I made the mistake of reading the reviews and people saying it smells like public bathroom soap, and I couldn't unsmell it after that.

We did not experience any acceleration but did have some separation. While we did not experience any ricing, the oil did separate when the stick blender stopped mixing. We continued to blend our mixture until the batter appeared to be in a thick trace and would hold soft peaks. When stirring by hand, we did notice it felt very fluid and thin. Once there was no separation of oil we poured the soap into the mold. It had a grainy texture and seemed a little gooey. It remained easy to work with and never became too stiff. After 24 hours the scent was strong. We did observe some signs of overheating through the center with an unusual discoloration. But, the soap did not reach a full gel with minimal insulation. After the cure, the initial discoloration was gone and formed glycerin rivers. The scent was pleasant and strong.
I enjoyed this scent at first...but I made the mistake of reading the reviews and people saying it smells like public bathroom soap, and I couldn't unsmell it after that.
Amazing holiday scent. It's so fresh and green but warm like the holidays. I bought a trial size, then immediately a 4oz because it smells so good. It's my favorite holiday scent. If you are from New England, it is a good scent. It reminds me of a fresh Christmas tree, but also like a snowy pine forest. I'll be using it throughout the winter.
I used 1oz for 1lb of wax and it smells perfect. Great HT and CT. It's not suuuuper strong, but it's not unnoticeable. It's perfect!
Used at 6% in co soap and scent is very subtle hopefully through the cure it will hold.
This is one of my favorite scents. Comes out perfect in candles every time. I use C3 and hot and cold throw is amazing. Definitely fills a large room.
One of my absolute favorite fragrances. I have always loved juniper berry, but this has to be my favorite version ever.
This scent sounded perfect, but the other reviewers who said it smells like soap are correct. Or, to quote my husband, “I don’t like that one, it smells like the pink hand soap in a public restroom.” Love so many of CandleScience’s scent, this one is just not a win for me. Couldn’t mask it by mixing with another scent either, just in case you’re like me and think you can fix everything by mixing it. It turned everything it touched to “pink hand soap” scent. Oh well! Mistletoe smells like a dream, so I went with that instead :-)
To me this smells just like Irish Spring soap or bathroom air freshener.
I used this in Cold Process Soap and a summer lotion...the lotion sold out very quickly. For the soap, I read the notes about separation, so I used my recipe with lots of hard oils and had zero separation. It did accelerate slightly, but not out of control, so I kept the design simple. It smells wonderful after the cut. I can't wait to see how it holds up after cure.
This smells like a public restroom, stinky air freshener. Glad I only bought the smallest size. Promptly threw it in the garbage.
I absolutely love this smell! It's great! Very fresh and floral like.
I really enjoyed this FO. Perfect blend that's fresh, clean, and slightly floral. I disliked the wax I used (parasoy) but it still gave off a good throw. Hopefully I will get a better hot throw with my soy wax.
I was excited to try this scent as it is my favorite in BB. I was really disappointed though as it smelled nothing like the juniper breeze I am use to. Nothing woodsy about it in my opinion - basically it smelled like talcum powder. This does not sell well at my bazaar.
has a very deep woodsy floral scent
Used at 9% in Para soy blend smells great hot and cold. This is definitely one of my favorites and is selling good
I am not sure how the original from BB, but this scent smells so good. However, if you are using it for CP soap, be ready to work super fast. It accelerates your batter.
