REVISION NOTICE: It is CandleScience policy to notify customers if any part of a fragrance was changed for any reason.

As of July 31, 2018 our Oakmoss and Amber was revised to meet our most recent regulatory requirements.

Many candle fragrances can be classified as only masculine or feminine. Oakmoss and Amber isn't one of them. It has universal appeal with rich woody and musk base notes - yet has an enchanting fusion of herbs and amber that give it a feminine touch too. This complex fragrance is at home in a high-end or natural candle line. This fragrance oil is infused with natural essential oils, including sage, lavandin, and orange. Note Profile:
Top: Fresh, herbal, orange
Middle: Rose, oakmoss, grapefruit
Base: Sandalwood, blonde woods, amber, musk, tonka

Suggested Colors: Yellow, Orange, Green

Love This

I am torn between which I love best. Oak Moss & Amber or just Oak Moss. I can't stop smelling either. I will say that Oak Moss has a slight edge, but do love them both.

Love This

I just made 4 12 oz jar candles and they smell really good. I use GB 464 soy wax and they came out pretty darn good. Heated wax to 180-185 F. Added color and FO. Then 130 F cool down, then stir 2 minutes and pour. I can't wait to get these to the flea market this weekend. Especially after that cure for 5 days. The HT should be really good.

Another winning one for men

This one smells so nice, and sells really good as well. Between this one and the Black Sea, they go fast. The oak moss is a little stronger scent, imo, but some men like stronger smells. Another great one I will keep buying as well. :)

Love this scent

Bought the sample size of this to make some body products but before I could use it my husband stole it to use as his daily cologne. We both love this scent!

Unusually good

Intoxicating fragrance that almost smells like a really good men's cologne. Men and women both liked it a lot and it is selling well

A bit too strong

I can definitely see why this scent could be a hit among male customers, however I only used it at 3-4% with 464 and it gave me quite the headache. Regardless, nice and strong if that's what you are into.
