I LOVE these jars so much. They are the perfect size for my brand but almost every time I order them some of them arrive broken. I actually cut my finger trying to open the box not knowing the glass was shattered. Candle science has amazing Customer Service and always do their best to replace the broken cases.

I love these jars! Although I wish the lids were more sturdier and had plastisol liners instead of foam liners, these jars look so clean and sleek, which really rounds out my brand's look. I've ordered plenty boxes of these over multiple shipments and only had one time where a small handful arrived shattered (i.e. only 8-10 or so jars out of almost 192 jars were broken). I contacted customer service and they were prompt about replacing the jars (shout out to CS's awesome customer service). It is rare that these jars come in shattered, so don't let the reviews fool you. They are still great jars.

I absolutely love these jars! They are so cute and fit in with any decor. They are easy to work with. I never received any shattered ones. I only complaint is they are almost always out of stock. Which shows how popular they are I guess.

I love these jars, they are amazing, but a large portion of my shipment arrived shattered due to the fact that there was no cushioning in the boxes and the jars were placed on their sides inside the box. The entire bottom row in almost every box was crushed.
Candlescience was kind enough to send me new jars as a replacement, but unfortunately many of these arrived shattered as well. I love these jars when they arrive intact, but it is frustrating when I have to handle dozens of jars worth of shattered glass.

I adore this jar. They are clean. Usually 1-3 are broken so please watch out when you unpack them. The company always packages them with tremendous care, so it’s all about if you have a careful delivery. Out of about 400+ pours, I’ve only had 1 break when the wax was poured. When paired with the sleek black plastic lid, they have a fun mod vibe. So why 4 stars Jeffrey? The supplies are inconsistent. Running a small business is all about balancing your resources and the only successful way to make sure you have these jars for your holiday sales is to make sure you order plenty in October.

These are my absolute go to jars. They're a thick glass that screams durability and they still look sleek. I enjoy having a very minimal look to my candles and these offer that at a great price.

I was pleasantly surprised to have found these beautiful jars however after reading that the lids were sold separate. I have been in search of them elsewhere.

I've ordered these a few times and, while a few arrived shattered, the great customer support was more than helpful as always.

What's particularly unfortunate is how often these jars are out of stock. I'm guessing it's due to the pandemic since container suppliers are often out of them as well - the situation is making running a small candle company just getting on it's feet very challenging. None of this is CS's fault of course, but it's something to take into consideration if you're deciding what jars to make part of your identity.

Jars came today was unhappy with the way they arrived most of the 24pack of jars was shattered CS was closed at this time but will speak with them early in the morning I have pictures and I’m not worried because so far I’ve experienced good customer service but I love the Jars wish they were bigger

They're decent jars, a bit on the pricer side from other ones I've used but because of the jar shortage I've been having to order these ones. However, without fail every single time they get delivered theres at least 5-10 jars completely shattered. CandleScience has been prompt in shipping me out replacements (which usually also come broken) but its really annoying having to clean up all the shattered glass. The amount of times I have cut myself because of these jars is ridiculous.
