REVISION NOTICE: It is our policy to notify customers if any part of a fragrance was changed for any reason.

As of November 4, 2021, our White Tea fragrance has been revised to meet our stringent safety standards. The revised fragrance continues to meet our high-performance standards, especially in soy, so you will be able to use the revised fragrance worry-free. One of our most popular fragrance oils, White Tea has been reborn as a CandleScience Clean Scent™. This luxurious fragrance is the ultimate spa scent and a close match to the original. The only significant change is the best kind—a stronger hot throw.

Deeply aromatic, this scent begins with top notes of mandarin and lemongrass amplified by mid notes of bergamot and ginger steeped in a base of white tea and jasmine. Uplifting and ethereal, this scent transforms any space into a soothing atmosphere. Capture this exquisite aroma in reed diffusers, candles, and wax melts. Elevate and expand your product line with handmade soaps, scrubs, foaming bath butters, and skin and hair products.

This fragrance is infused with natural essential oils, including bergamot, litsea cubeba, and ginger.

We experienced slight acceleration and minimal separation initially. The batter seemed to thicken quickly, but we could still see signs of separation. We continued doing quick pulses with the stick blender and alternating with hand stirring until our batter was a medium trace with no signs of separation. Despite the quick thickening, the batter was very workable and poured smoothly into the mold. After 24 hours, the soap was too soft to unmold. We checked almost every day to see if it was ready, and after six days it was firm enough to come out of the mold without tearing but was still quite sticky to the touch. We observed there was a small area that gelled in the center, and there was no discoloration. The scent was strong. After 30 days, there was no discoloration, and the scent remained strong. This would be an ideal fragrance for a multi-color layer; just prepare to work quickly.

This is a perfect-on-its-own FO in our 464. We use 9.5% mixed in at 180 - 185 & poured at around 150. Exceptional cold & hot throws. Thank you CS for making this an excellent clean FO. You're our favorite supplier of all things candlemaking!

I'm very excited this revision smells just like the original white tea FO. It performs just as expected!

Oh yeah, I'VE FOUND IT, Y'ALL!!!

If you guys have ever bought the Yankee Candle wax melt named "Time for Tea" (which is discontinued by the way, or is now very expensive wherever that sells it), or if you've been in the lobby of the Aloft hotel or Westin hotel or at the Peppermill casino in Reno Nevada, then you know what I'm talking about. This white tea fragrance is EXACTLY THAT; it's the same fragrance that those hotels were using. It took me four years to finally identify for 100% certainty the type/name of the fragrance that I've been looking for. I'm so damn glad that it's available for purchase from this store. Not only am I gonna use it for my diffuser, but I'm gonna make M&P soap out of it.

IT'S PERFECT ON ITS OWN. Don't be tempted to mix it with other fragrances to create your "signature" cocktail of a fragrance. You should enjoy this white tea fragrance as a standalone. Just don't mess with perfection, ok?

Nate
