About the CSN Series
CSN Wicks are constructed from reinforced ring spun cotton with a high melt natural coating, specifically designed to be used with natural waxes. CSN wicks burn with a tight curve for a consistent and even burn. The reinforced construction of the wick also gives it a superior rigidity that allows for easier pours and keeps the wick upright in a deep wax melt pool. CSN wicks are lead and zinc free. Status Jar & square Jar

I have used this wick with both the status jar and the square jar sold by candle science and both candles burned wonderfully single wick no double wicking in the square jar. I really wish I could add pictures. I was very happy with them, I am sad they will be discontinued when they run out.

Unhappy

First time making candles and selling them but unfortunately these wicks make the house really smoky. My buyers were happy with the scents that I purchased here but not the wick. Have some candles made but won’t be selling them and still have wicks that I won’t be using. Bummer

Great Single Wick for Wider Jars

CSN wicks are a completely under utilized wick line and definitely worth a try. I have long wished for an Eco-18 because the jars I use are just a bit too wide for the Eco-16 to give a full melt pool with heavier scents in soy. I hated to have to double wick some scents and not others, so after much trial and error with alternative wicks, and after consultation with customer service, I have found that CSN-26 is answer! I get a consistently great burn all the way across the jar with very little mushrooming even on the heaviest scents. The only time it gets smoky is if I haven't trimmed it properly, but I can blow it out, trim, re-light it, and it is perfect again. The size jar I use is comparable with the salsa jars on this site- a little wider than mason or jelly jars.
