Our Red Currant fragrance oil has a punchy top note of tart red currant blended with citrus and floral notes of rose and geranium. An aromatic herbal fruit scent suitable for any high-end candle or body care line. Note Profile:

Amazing

Red Currant- Bold HT and CT. An amazing fragrance that lingers. I usually add 1.5oz per pound of wax. This FO you need only 1oz/lb. Great scent.

Very nice scent

I am testing a candle and it's only been curing for 5 days but there isn't a strong scent throw on in. I used 464 and 1 ounce per pound. Poured at 185.

After trying dozens of CS fragrances this is my all time favorite! The quintessential red currant scent that you'd find by high end candle companies...now I can finally make my own!

Wish it had more of a punch!

This is a very accurate red currant and smells just like the very first red currant candle I ever smelled at a store in the mall a long time ago. I made a 10 ounce candle with .5 FO and the hot throw was just ok in my opinion. I really wish it was stronger and had more of a punch to it. I noticed that the hot throw got a little stronger after storing the candle away in a closet for a month or so, but it was still not strong enough for my liking. If the red currant smell was a little sharper and more pronounced this would be a winner with me.

A little too florally...

Wish it had a hint more "berry" scent - the floral notes made it smell a little too much like potpourri for my taste. Might be good if mixed with another berry or earthy/woodsy fragrance.
